Thoughts that carry you at the moment
Helpful thoughts don't have to be positive - just clear and credible enough to stabilize you.

When strong inner impulses or pressure arise, a sentence that you can really believe in that moment helps. One who doesn't push away, but helps you to react more consciously.
Clarity does not come from positive thoughts, but from honest thoughts.
Why this works
In moments of stress, the mind tends to ruminate or react automatically. Very positive thoughts often lose their impact because they no longer feel realistic.
More helpful are thoughts that acknowledge what is there at the moment - without letting it control you. This is exactly where emotional intelligence begins: you notice what is happening and still make conscious decisions.
This is how you formulate your sentence
An effective sentence consists of two parts:
- What you are currently perceiving - How you still want to react
Examples:
- “I feel pressure right now, and I’m still holding on to myself.” - “There is a strong impulse and I don’t act automatically.” - “I am restless, and I consciously choose to wait.”
The sentence does not have to sound positive. He has to carry at the moment.
Save it where you can quickly access it in such situations - as a lock screen, note or reminder on your shutter button.
