A good sentence is of little use if it is invisible at the crucial moment. Place your card where people usually start smoking: on the mirror, on the desk, next to the coffee machine or as a lock screen.
A visible reminder can momentarily interrupt the automatic reaching for a cigarette.
Motivational cards lose their effectiveness if you see them in the same place every day. After a while, your brain hardly notices them anymore. Therefore, change the place or the wording regularly.
