This is how you use the ear massage

Massage both edges of your ear between your thumb and forefinger for about 30 to 60 seconds.

Then:

- consciously raise your shoulders once - let it sink slowly again - breathe in and out deeply

If you feel a little more alert afterwards, your body probably needed activation rather than additional caffeine.
